Since 1985, Hale Pet Door has been transforming the lives of pets and their families. What began in Phoenix, Arizona, with Bill Hale, a man passionate about quality and engineering, grew from glasswork into something much greater: a mission to create doors that give animals freedom and bring peace of mind to the people who love them.
More than just installing a pet door into a glass panel, Bill opened the door to a new way of thinking about the bond between pets and their homes. What started small soon became part of the daily lives of thousands of families.
Growing with what matters most: the pets
For nearly four decades, Hale has grown alongside generations of pets and pet owners. Today, we proudly offer 10 models in a wide range of sizes and colors, always staying true to the same essence: combining durability, safety, and comfort with genuine love for animals.

From Arizona to Colorado and beyond
For many years, Phoenix was home to our engineering and manufacturing, while our sales and administrative teams expanded in Colorado. In 2014, we brought all operations together in Cañon City, Colorado, uniting technology, production, and customer service under one roof. This move allowed us to become more efficient and strengthened our commitment to excellence.
